A few days ago Tony Robbins was interviewed on Tim Ferriss' podcast. Tim Ferris is the author of the 4 Hour Work Week.
Tim interviewed Tony on a variety of topics, ranging from what he ate to his favorite quotes. One of the best questions Tim asked Tony was how he handles a bad day.
Tony told him that he and his wife Sage created a 90 Second Rule. According to Tony, the 90 Second Rule is based on that life happens for us and not to us.
